feat: Weekly Digest Email [SPRW-3110]

Description

1. Implemented weekly digest email with user-specific data (APIs created, test flows, workspaces, collections)
2. Added execution trend graph based on weekly activity
3. Integrated real-time Collaboration Updates and Pending Actions from database
4. Made sections dynamic (only visible when data exists)
5. Added unsubscribe functionality to disable future weekly emails per user
6. Included email headers for native unsubscribe support (List-Unsubscribe)
