Override jsonschemafriend version temporarily, allowing to build from latest package available in Maven Central. This should be removed once indirect dependencies like spdx-v3jsonld-store is fixed. Signed-off-by: Arthit Suriyawongkul <arthit@gmail.com>

@bact - I'm going to release an updated set of libraries very soon which should resolve the errors. I'll leave this PR open for now in case I run into any significant delays in the release. |

Override jsonschemafriend version temporarily, allowing to build from latest package available in Maven Central and allowing test workflow.
This override is meant to be temporary to allow CI to run.
The override should be removed once indirect dependencies like spdx-v3jsonld-store is fixed.
