This change adds the `CreateShellButton` component to the "Shells" tab on the host details page. This allows users to easily create a new shell session directly from the shells list view. The button is placed in the `actions` area of the `VirtualizedTableWrapper` and uses the `hostId` from the URL parameters to select the best beacon for the shell.
