update loo PIT visual tests after rstantools v2.5.0 is on CRAN

I need to regenerate the SVGs now that @TeemuSailynoja's new PIT code will finally be on CRAN (sorry for the delay Teemu!). I just submitted rstantools, I'm just waiting on confirmation from CRAN.
