Description
We're putting in a patch here: #2183 to address an issue that will be fixed in Boost in the future: boostorg/math#455
Once the fix is in in Boost we should revert our patch.
This is just a reminder issue for the next time we're upgrading Boost to check this.
@wds15 @syclik so you're aware if either of you go to do a Boost upgrade
