Claude_Codex_Integration is designed around Assisted Handoff, not silent automation.

Safety principles

Claude should not silently finish product changes without preparing Codex audit.
Codex audits in read-only mode by default.
Product files should not be modified by Codex unless explicitly authorized.
Reports and audit results must remain traceable inside .still/.
Dangerous actions such as API writes, deployment, secrets handling, database changes, or production operations require explicit user approval.

Security reporting process is not finalized yet.
