feat(Console Toolkit): Upload tool

Upload tool where the user can select type and then upload that file/directory/car.:

• CAR, directory, file upload option just like in our console.
• Allow users to Drag & drop
• Styling, themes are optional but a good addition. For example, if the toolkit allows me to use a dark mode for the upload tool, that would be great.
• Upload progress displayer and option to have another upload. Keep in mind the "type" which the user has selected.:

• Add the footer and options to wrap in directory

• The is considered done if a) somebody can use the upload tooling independently in their apps and b)You can rebuild entire storacha console just by using the storacha console toolkit
