[BUG] SchemaRegistryTest became hard to pass recently

Currently SchemaRegistryTest became hard to pass recently in CI environment, it may be something wrong with Github Actions

Expected behavior
It should passed as before. There was no broken code change recently.

Additional context
Maybe we can ignore the tests first.
