Add entities for Component config

The workspace should be able to read and write component configuration in package.json.

As a developer, I want to customise certain parts of component configuration depending on the environment (development, production).

We can either move component & middleware config to server/config.json, or else we'll have to implement a new mechanism for overriding the config.
