[2.0] Changes not tracked in browserified models

I'm pretty sure this isn't specific to the setup of this app beyond a missing trackChanges: true for the LocalTodo model.

Can the problem be caused by Model.rectifyAllChanges being run on the server only?

@bajtos no. rectifyChange() is not creating an entry in the change list. The LocalTodo.Change model must not be setup correctly.
