This renames the app from QuickHub to DiffKit across the monorepo, including package scopes, imports, UI copy, and local storage keys. It also updates the dashboard worker config to use the diffkit name and switches D1 migration scripts to the DB binding so migrations are not tied to the old database label. The PR includes the current repo docs files with the new branding and GitHub URLs.
