This adds a worktree-aware script that symlinks apps/dashboard/.dev.vars from the main checkout into Conductor worktrees. It wires that script into both the root and dashboard predev lifecycle so it runs before local development starts. It also ignores .dev.vars so the generated symlink does not show up as an untracked file.
