Steps to reproduce

1. ralph-tui setup
2. ralph-tui create-prd

• blah blah until we get tasks/prd-*.md, then Ralph-TUI will ask [1] JSON [2] Beads [3] Done [Enter] Chat [Esc] Finish
• Type something and Enter
• RalphTUI ask some questions from 1 to 5
• Press 1A, but when 1 pressed, RalphTUI will assign to [1] JSON and Create JSON (prd.json) tasks
• The only way to temporary fix is typing in somewhere then paste to Chatting box
