Changes

• New PCB to be able to interface with Sparkfun ZED-F9P GNSS Function Board
• Can stream raw NMEA data over RS232 to Motec or parse data with STM32
• PPS output for Sensor synchronisation
• Two steering wheel button inputs to timestamp an event or mark the start of a lap
• IMU for dead reaconing and Magnetometer for heading.
