docs(upstream): record the batch 2 disposition (parity stays 1.4.1)

Summary

Ledger-only. Records batch 2 of the 1.5.0 sync round in
docs/upstream-sync/UPSTREAM.md, which shipped as v0.42.2 (PR #181).

• New #### Batch 2 — LANDED entry: the three ported defects (f2a5df3,
  f6ac7b3, issue #1473), the decisions behind each (A1/A2, B1/B2/B3, C1), the
  five defects review found in the fixes themselves, the verification numbers,
  and the single audited golden movement.
• The two 1.5.0-range rows for f2a5df3 / f6ac7b3 flip from
  PORT — batch 2 to PORTED — batch 2, v0.42.2; the #1473 triage bullet
  is marked LANDED.
• Entry heading updated to "batches 1–2 LANDED"; Last sync moved to
  2026-08-02 with an explicit note that parity is still 1.4.1.

Tracked parity deliberately does not advance. By this ledger's own definition
it moves only when all portable in-scope behavior has landed, and batch 3
(02c0e2c WAL journal_size_limit + heal-at-open) and batch 4 (38580e0 Python
bare class refs, the only golden-moving item, to land isolated) are still open.

Verification

• make fmt (oxfmt) run; no further reformatting pending.
• Every commit hash, issue number, and version in the new entry cross-checked
  against the ledger's own audit table and the merged commits.
• No code touched.
