…ges (SD-2355) Mirror the vscode-ext approach: trigger esign and template-builder releases when superdoc core packages change on main. Uses the shared patch-commit-filter to expand git log path coverage and caps breaking changes at minor to prevent accidental major bumps from upstream commits. Also updates sync-patches to auto-resolve package.json conflicts for esign, template-builder, and vscode-ext during stable→main merges.
