…le cells (SD-3625) (#361) Squashed port of the reviewed OSS-main fix to the orbit-canonical publishing path (orbit main exports superdoc/public to OSS automatically). Includes the bot-review round: continuation-slice dedup, alignment-offset scoping to paragraph-resolved anchors, alignV via shared resolveAnchoredGraphicY, and Word-verified spacing semantics locked in tests.
