feat(font-system): bundle docfonts 0.16 census rows

Adds the DocFonts 0.16 census rows that are ready to ship in SuperDoc.

Why:

• Century Gothic and Segoe UI show up in the corpus and now have reviewed fallbacks.
• URW Gothic and Selawik can be bundled with existing license coverage.
• Arial MT, Times, and Courier should render when found in documents, but should not duplicate the built-in picker.

Trade-off:

• Segoe UI is advertised from Selawik's Microsoft substitute lineage and DocFonts evidence. It does not have a separate visual acceptance artifact like Verdana.

What to check:

• Century Gothic resolves to URW Gothic.
• Segoe UI resolves to Selawik, with styled faces synthesized where DocFonts marks them that way.
• The built-in picker grows to 22 entries.
• Strict defaults stay at the original 5 entries.
• Arial MT, Times, and Courier resolve as supported aliases but stay out of the picker.
