Remove electrum completely

Feature Description

Electrum software only adds complexity, and an unneeded layer. It wrapping directly ElectrumX-ElectRs calls, so Nodechain can be adapted to execute request directly on ElectrumX-ElectRs RPC, following Electrum protocol (https://electrum.readthedocs.io/en/latest/protocol.html)
