PACKEDmacro conflicts with fmtlib 10. I prefixed your macros withNX_.This is the same issue fixed in libctru recently:

NORETURNis a bad idea (compat issues?). I can undo this when you dislike it.IGNORE_ARGandDEPRECATEDlook unused in libnx.
