Removing an user from team is deleting all team references from user

Describe the bug
A user who is a member of 2 teams has its team references cleaned up when an administrator removes from one team.

To Reproduce from Switcher Management
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Teams
2. Remove a member that is assigned to 2 teams

Expected behavior
Remove the user from the selected team
