Invalid index argument used to remove team member

Describe the bug
Removing a team member is incorrectly selecting the wrong index.

To Reproduce from Switcher Management
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to teams
2. Remove the first member from a team of 2 or more members

Expected behavior
Remove team members using the correct index
