Java generic types removed

Using currently on wordpress.com.

Java Generic types are removed, possibly because the syntax is mistaken for HTML:

```
[code language="java" htmlscript="true"]
List<String> example;
[/code]
```

`<String>` is removed when saving. `htmlscript` true/false has no effect.
