Update/fix stats-dapp UI discrepancies Part 1

Summary of changes

• Removes txn hash column and it's references everywhere from stats dapp.
• Fixes prev and next button not working in proposal details page.
• Removes open governance chip from proposal details page.
• Updates webb chain logo to tangle logo in proposal table.

@devpavan04 The Prev and Next buttons are opposite. When we have 2 proposal the button "NEXT" should iterate to the next proposal (forward), whereas "PREV" should go backwards.
