feat(tangle-cloud): add curated sandbox blueprint module

Summary

• add a real curated sandbox module to tangle-cloud using the published sandbox-ui dashboard-safe surfaces
• route curated sandbox blueprint and service pages through the shared host shell before falling back to the generic protocol pages
• serve sandbox-ui styles as a static asset and bridge the dashboard subpath typing locally so the module builds cleanly without pulling the full editor/terminal peer set into the host app

• yarn vitest run apps/tangle-cloud/src/app/app.spec.tsx apps/tangle-cloud/src/blueprintApps/*.spec.ts --config apps/tangle-cloud/vite.config.ts
• yarn nx lint tangle-cloud
