Cyverse unable to properly view profiles of users

The profile endpoint to view a user's profile was showing the uid as the full name of the user, instead of their uid. The dn in the list profiles endpoint was also broken, showing "uid=${username}" instead of the username for all users.

We solved the issue by setting the uid to the uid of the ldap entry if it exists, else it will remain the same as before. We also replace the ${username} field with the username of the user. This is done in the "from_ldap3_entry" function that builds and returns the profile object the user sees in the API response.
