Broken link in right-column URL

Thanks for this proposal! Looks interesting.

The current URL in the right column of the GitHub repo currently leads to a page which says "404":

• https://ci.tc39.es/preview/tc39/ecma262/pull/1739

It appears the /pull/<pull request number> path format doesn't work anymore, but /sha/<sha> does:

• https://ci.tc39.es/preview/tc39/ecma262/sha/373610bca4b63fa94239189e8cd2387b64957379/

Or, as an alternative, there is a community-provided compare viewer by @arai-a which accepts the PR number:
