Deprecate the Client in (in nostr-java-client module)

Moving to Nick's WebSocketClient implementation.

This means the command handlers etc. are not necessary any more and can also get deprecated. This logic can now be pushed to the clients.

@tcheeric, hi, eric. if interested, a variant of develop branch w/ removed modules nostr-java-client and nostr-java-connections (+ interface hooks implemented for vestigial CommandHandlers, if you still wish to keep them) exists here.

note: if testing above changes using SC, you'll need the most recent version of develop branch
