[feature] set brightness during nightmode in settings

Add a slider to the settings to set the brightness during night mode. If the brightness is 0% (default), the clock behaves as it is. If brightness is set to a value greater than 0%, the LEDs' brightness will be reduced by this factor when nightmode is active (in addition to the regular brightness).
