Current behavior

Clicking the Set button does not close the popup in adaptive mode

Expected behavior

Clicking the Set button should set the value and close the popup.

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions

1. Go to https://stackblitz.com/edit/react-g6zyyspg?file=index.js
2. Resize the screen to a small enough width to enter in the adaptive mode of the TimePicker
3. Click/tap inside the TimePicker and select a value
4. Click/tap the "Set" button

Result: The value is updated but the popup is not closed.

What is the motivation or use case for changing the behavior?

To match the behavior of the Timepicker in non adaptive mode.
