[Bug][Grid] Grid header is not aligned with the data cells when scrolling

Describe the bug
When column virtualization is enabled, the Grid header is not aligned with the data cells when scrolling.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open: https://stackblitz.com/edit/eq6ll68c?file=src%2Fmain.vue
2. Scroll horizontally

Expected behavior
The Grid header should be aligned with the data cells.
