[Bug][DateInputs] The label and the placeholder overlap

Describe the bug
When the label prop is set, it overlaps the placeholder. This is reproduced in DatePicker, DateTimePicker, TimePicker, but not in the DateInput.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the following example: https://stackblitz.com/edit/eyt2vbyw?file=src%2Fmain.vue

Expected behavior
The placeholder and the label should not overlap.

The workaround is to set the placeholder to an empty string
