Setting target/condition and reference value of factor_loc_totest #184
Could you make it more clear in Wald test documentation how to specify which group is target and which reference when using wald test. This would be very useful for interpreting lFC. Or alternatively save in the results which group was reference (B) and which target/condition (A), so that FC=A/B.
