What kind of change does this PR introduce?
Problem
The bootCSS CDN are redirect to cloudflare CDN.
It return 301 Moved Permanently.
This redirect brought on block mathjax font when chrome and firefox. It's CORS policy of browser. Actually two issues are reported hexo repostitory.
Proposal
Delete bootCSS CDN settings.
