[BUG][CML]Switch source in sound setting will cause DSP panic.

Describe the bug
Switch output source(mostly occurred in aplay0,0(RT715) and aplay0,2(RT1308)) in sound setting will cause DSP panic! options snd-sof-intel-hda-common sdw_clock_stop_quirks=0x1 and without option both can reproduce it.

To Reproduce

1. Boot up with pulse audio on.
2. Run command "paplay test.wav -vvv"
3. Switch output source in sound setting.

Reproduced rate
80% If not reproduce, please switch it more times.

Expected result
Switch source in sounf setting works fine.

Actual result
DSP panic occurred.
