The following change is motivated by the donation of https://github.com/rdimitrov/go-tuf-metadata to https://github.com/theupdateframework/go-tuf which is a CNCF graduated project.
The CNCF's preferred license type is Apache-2.0 and as a result the maintainers of go-tuf decided to align the project's license file with Apache-2.0.
