Release extrasuite v0.9.0

Markdown-first Google Docs workflow: tabs/ folder layout, YAML frontmatter,
pull/push default to markdown format (XML preserved as pull-xml/push-xml).
Safety guard prevents pull from wiping non-extrasuite directories. Fixes:
3-way markdown merge for diff, same-position insertion ordering, safe re-pull.
Dependency: extradoc>=0.4.2. Lint cleanup (ruff).
