CGo does not support macros with symbol values

Sorry, I looked into this but forgot to get back to you.

At the moment, these typedefs (containing symbol names) are not yet supported in CGo. They should be added eventually, though.

I seem to have run into this with tinygo dev building my wasi app on mac:

This was triggered by adding a dependency on tar.

$ go list -deps -f '({{.Name}} {{.Deps}})' | grep os.user

though none of the files I'm trying to build use the .go file which imports tar... guess I need to segregate it off in another package, maybe.
