Add NormalizeClassificationPath and BuildClassificationPath utilities for normalizing and preparing classification node paths used by Azure DevOps endpoints.
Add a new CLI command to list Azure Boards area paths for a project. The command supports organization/project scoping, optional path restriction, depth control for child nodes, and JSON export.This enables users to conveniently list and inspect area paths from the CLI for various automation and inspection workflows.
Add new documentation pages for the `azdo boards` command family, including area, area project, and the `azdo boards area project list` command.
Add a workflow step to execute `go test ./...` only for `pull_request` events.
