NKRO doesn't work with BIOS/UEFI

Keyboard expects that BIOS/UEFI requests SET_PROTOCOL(BOOT) to turn into 6KRO but this doesn't work with some hardwares.

many modern BIOS/UEFI seems to be compatible with report protocol or use SET_PROTOCOL properly now. No big issue there anymore.

you can still toggle between report(NKRO) and boot(6KRO) protocol with a magic command(Left Shift + Right Shift + N) if you have the problem.
