Hi, I'm Toby.

I build AI systems that work in production, not just in demos. Currently exploring agentic architectures, LLM memory, and what happens when you treat AI trust as an engineering problem.

By day I lead two teams at a web agency. By night I fine-tune models, break things, and occasionally fix them.
