[REREQUEST] Unicode 13 Legacy Computing Symbols support

This issue is created to revive #972 issue which is from 2020 and by looks dead.

• Seven segment characters (digits) [U+1FBF0 — U+1FBF9] (🯰🯱🯲🯳🯴🯵🯶🯷🯸🯹)
• More drawing characters (IDK which category are these) [U+1FB00 — U+1FBCA] (Too many for copy-pasting manually 🦥)

Personally I would be satisfied even with first but there are also many terminal art/style things I need second option for. For example https://github.com/sunjon/stylish.nvim and https://github.com/sunjon/extmark-toy.nvim

I added some of the block drawing characters manually in #1566, but I wonder if we could import the entire set from another SIL OFL licensed font like http://www.kreativekorp.com/software/fonts/ksquare/ generated by https://github.com/RebeccaRGB/slcgen

One thing to note is that the characters likely should overlap the boundary a small amount to ensure they don't leave a gap in line and block art
