Player content scripts fail when it is not the active tab

If a vrv tab is opened then another tab is switched to or opened (i.e. the tab with the VRV player is not activeTab) the top-site content scripts work properly, but the player scripts fail to inject.

This appears to be an issue with the vilos player not initializing/creating itself and the dom content the scripts rely on -- when the vilos player is not focused/active.
