- add/update copyright notices - refactor di0-live to depend on turnkey-chroot (remove internal is_mounted() function and Chroot() class) - add new is_efi() function - include base support for efi (untested so more will almost certainly be required). - refactor 90finalize for bullseye (separate eject no longer required)
