Blueprint aws-alb-crossplane assumes non-empty tags #123
Description
The templates should not assume a non-empty tags setting. The example config in test-data/gatewayclassconfig-aws-alb-crossplane-dev-env.yaml sets a single tag with the name of the GatewayClass and thus hides this issue.
