TopologyException when running 3km RRFS simulation

When attempting to run the RRFS_v1beta using the RRFS_CONUScompact_3km grid, the plotting runs into a topology error when attempting to plot SBCAPE/CIN. The above log file is for fcsthr 6, but plotting crashes for all forecast hours in the same way.

Machines affected

I am running on Hercules using the SRW release version 3.0.0 as a native app.
