Generate team reports for the console reporter #55

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The console reporter currently only prints out a summary report. This is useful, but only a small portion of the data we extract.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be great if we could get a cleanly formatted list of teams and their vulnerabilities. I imagine there will need to be some command line switches to control the level of output on this, as there are several ways it could go, and it could get very verbose very quickly.
I think it's worth having some design discussions around this. I'd love to see how this could be made more usable/useful, and not just increase the amount of noise.
Describe alternatives you've considered
We could always just... NOT do this. That's definitely an option. But it seems like probably a bad (or at least sub-optimal) one?
