Threads SVG image shouldn't use an explicity width

Currently the threads.svg and threads-white.svg images have an explicit width and height of 24px. In keeping with other social icons these width and height parameters should be removed.

@theadamparker not sure what you mean, all .svg files have dimensions defined. It is usually 20/16, not 24/24 as threads icon, but it is there anyway, removing viewbox won't make this uniform. I think it would be better to repackage Threads icon using that 20/16 viewbox and that should work fine with other icons
