Can't install Nextcloud via Helm

I've tried adding it as a custom chart in my K8/Rancher2 pointing to:

https://github.com/unteem/chart-nextcloud.git

keep getting:
Helm template failed. Error: found in requirements.yaml, but missing in charts/ directory: mariadb : exit status 1

Template version: 0.11

If i run: helm install --name nextcloud incubator/nextcloud

I get:
Error: failed to download "incubator/nextcloud" (I've updated the Helm repo as well)
