GFR: Add predecessor and variant names under creating orgs #20
Description
It would be helpful to have predecessors and variant names listed under the creating organizations, as these names are often better known to researchers. For example, the 9/11 Commission is the variant name for the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States (RG 148), and this is the name by which almost all researchers know and request these records.
